Participation

Free attendance to the two days of conferences. In the event that participants wish to receive a certificate, the following requirements must be met:
– To have participated in all the keynote lectures on both days of the event.
– Payment of $20 for the issuance of the certificate.
– Confirm payment and send the information for sending the digital certificate to the following e-mail address: info@ci3.tech

Workshops

CI3-2024 will offer two practical workshops for students and research professors who wish to improve their publishing skills, given by two editors of scientific journals indexed in Scopus and ESCI.
The workshops will have a cost of $50 for the two workshops that will be held in the two days of the event, to participate you must:
– Register for the workshops on the event platform or in person on the morning of the event.
– Make the payment
– Attend actively in person.
– The certificates will be digital.

Papers

Presentation of the results of research work. Papers may be submitted by teachers, professionals and students of higher education institutions. The following requirements must be met:
– The work must be unpublished
– It must respond to at least one of the four areas of knowledge of the event.
– It can have a maximum of four authors
– The registration must be done through the event platform.
– Be available on the days of the event to present your paper in case your work is accepted.
– Pay $25 per author of the paper once it is accepted for presentation.
– Define whether the presentation will be in person or virtual. Each presentation will last 10 minutes and there will be 5 minutes for questions.

Posters

Exhibition of the results of research work, in graphic form; carried out by teachers, professionals and students of higher education institutions. The following requirements must be met:
– The work must be unpublished.
– It must respond to at least one of the four areas of knowledge of the event.
– It can have a maximum of four authors
– Registration through the event’s platform.
– Send the poster printout in A2 vertical format until the morning of the first day of the event.
– Pay $25 per author of the work once it is accepted for exhibition.

Publications

Any work approved for a paper can apply for publication of a scientific article in special issues of journals indexed in the Scopus, ESCI, Latindex 2.0 and DOAJ databases.

The cost of publication of the work will depend on the journal to which you apply, and will be paid once the work is accepted by the journal according to its editorial processes.

Article in ESCI journal $200
Articles in Latindex 2.0 and DOAJ journals $50
