Participation
Free attendance is offered for both days of the conference. However, participants who wish to receive a certificate must meet the following requirements:
- Attend all keynote lectures on both days of the event.
- Pay a fee of $20 for the issuance of the digital certificate.
- Confirm the payment and send the necessary information for certificate delivery to the following email addresses: info@ci3.tech and ci3publicaciones@itsoriente.edu.ec
Papers
- Presentation of Research Results.
- A maximum of four authors is allowed per paper.
- Registration must be completed through the event platform.
- Authors must be available during the event to present their work, if accepted.
- Specify whether the presentation will be delivered in person or virtually. Each presentation will be allotted 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
- Papers may be submitted by faculty members, professionals, and students from higher education institutions.
- The paper must be original and unpublished.
- It must align with at least one of the event’s two areas of knowledge, which are:

- Sustainable energy, smart grids, and energy generation
- TICs for Education
- Socioeconomic systems
- Industry 4.0
Management and Society Track
- Business Management, Innovation, and Productive Development

- Disruptive Education and Educational Governance
- Health and Human Well-being
- Smart Tourism and Sustainable Development
- Comprehensive Occupational Risk Management and Healthy Work Environments
Publications
All papers approved for presentation may apply for publication in special issues of scientific journals. Articles may be published in journals indexed in Scopus (for Technology Track) or Latindex 2.0 (for Management and Society Track), according to the following terms:
1.- Publication in Scopus-indexed journals or proceedings: $400
Scopus Indexed Journals:
2.- Publication in Latindex 2.0-indexed journals: No cost. However, there is a $20 fee for submission in the Presentation Certificate.
